Floor Decor Carpet One Floor & HomeReviews of floordecorcarpetonelindenhurst.com

Had new Mirage wood floors installed in the living room and dining area. The entire process went smoothly. Dan and Erin were very helpful with our wood selection and placing the order. Leon was very skilled and did a great job with the installation. Would recommend this company without hesitation.

As a local real estate agent I get plenty of opportunity to help my clients find carpet. Dan at Floor Decor Carpet One has been a rare exception to my somewhat lackluster past experiences. Professional, courteous and clean, competitively priced against anyone and willing to go beyond standard service with creative solutions. They are my new go-to for anything flooring related. Thanks for being there folks!

They were fast and flexible with helping us complete our flooring project.

Knowledgeable sales staff to answer all your questions. Carpeting and flooring installers did an awesome job. We couldn't be any happier!

This our second purchase from Floor Decor. Both experiences were top notch. Dan is wonderful as is the staff we had dealings with. Even through a couple of changes on our part, which required Dan to come to our house to take a second measurement, we were treated with kindness and respect. The flooring choices are numerous and of high quality. Stop in - you won’t be disappointed!

They did a great job of installing and cleaning up. The floors look fantastic! I do think there needs to be better communication between sales and installers to assure the proper number of days to get the job done. The installer was great and adjusted to my needs (couldn’t be out both bathrooms for 3 days), but it would have been better if proper time had been allotted and communicated in the first place.

Carpet install crew was excellent. Explained what they were doing and why. Clean up was great. Carpet looks terrific. Would recommend without reservation.

This was a 3rd estimate - best customer service and pricing of the 3! Install looks great. Thank you!
