Floor & DecorReviews of flooranddecor.com

We went to Floor & Decor at the Nashua, NH location to select tiles for our Guest Bath and went with Tracy Cavanaugh, our design consultant and had the most pleasant experience! She was very professional and knowledgable of our needs for a bath upgrade steering us in the right direction. We love the completed look of our Guest Bath and are very much looking forward to completing the upgrade on our Master Bath with Floor & Decor.

I was at the SW Littleton store as I had set up an appointment with Julie to finish finalizing my order. When I got there Paula asked if she could help and I said I had an appointment with Julie at 10:30am. She informed me that Julie was not in but she could help. We went through the items and she got the order finished, paid and I picked up all the stuff that I needed. Julie had indicated 2 days before she would be working on Wednesday so not sure what happen. Paula did a great job and I was so glad that we were able to finish it as I was heading out of town in a few days.

Jason and Donovan at the Austell, GA store were so terrific in helping me pick out tile and then they loaded it into my vehicle. Great customer service!!

Brandon at the Memphis, TN store was very helpful in helping me find my shower tile. He tracked down each type I needed and loaded it all in my vehicle. Thanks, Brandon!!

My husband and I wanted to take a minute to compliment an amazing employee in your Clermont, Florida location. His name is Trenton. I know he’s been employed only since 2023. He is funny, knowledgeable, professional, and he gets problems solved. He has helped us on two occasions, We are extremely impressed with how professional and Intelligent he is. We know he will not be there forever and will be solving world problems, but we will be delighted if he could help us again. The Parkes.

I am renovating my apartment and was searching for quartz for my counter top, and also for my backsplash. After going back and forth, up and down the isles, a very nice young man, whose name is Deonte at store # 130, came up to me and offered to be of any assistance. He was so patient and helpful, and made the process of choosing the right colors for my kitchen. He helped me narrow down my choices, and in a short period of time, I was on my way. What a wonderful asset to Floor & Decor Deonte is, and I know he works well with the customers.

I shop at the castlelton store and the last 2 times I have been helped by Shawn who goes out of his way to help out his customers.

We were so impressed with Connie at the 52nd street location in Arvada, CO. She is extremely gifted at design. She helped us pick out grout and tile for a 7 bath home. Love her decisiveness, kind spirit and years of experience with color and design. Thank you Connie!
