Employee Austin working tile at the Bohemia store could not have been more helpful. He was knowledgeable and very personable answering all our questions.I can remember a more satisfying shopping experience.

We were renovating 3 bathrooms with no ideas for design. I called the Buckhead branch of Floor and Decor and our problem was over. We met with Cia. She is just the sort of designer we wanted. She is talented, creative, has great taste and is a good listener to be able to direct us in the right direction for the finished project in the style we wanted. We are nearly done with 3 bathrooms and I would t have changed anything she suggested that we do. Her experience and knowledge knew what would be best and she was correct. Her insight is invaluable. Her patience and gentle way made our meeting with her pleasant and much less anxious than we were when we had no vision of what we would end up with. Floor and decor is very lucky to have her to help clients find their way through what can be a very co fusing design process.

I was searching for vinyl flooring at the Summerfield store. I found the staff to be outstanding. Douglas W. Was unbelievably helpful in trying to help us make our selection. He provided us with printed material as well as his hands on experience. Everyone we ran into at the store were pleasant and very customer service oriented.

We had a great experience to purchase the wood floors and tiles with Mr Babak Farhadi as a senior designer in the manassas store in VA. He was extremely helpful and provided great customer service to us on 08/2025. He is amazing and knowledgeable about the products. We appreciate his services. Thank you

Wonderful service and follow up. Morie Pines from the South Ft Myers store is the designer we worked with and was very very helpful in helping us make sensible, practical and beautiful decisions on all of our tile and porcelain decisions. Her follow up was also incredible as we were working with her from 1,200 miles away. We recommend working with Morie Pines designer and Floor and Decor.

I want to give a big shout out to Abe El Said at the Arlington Heights store. An tile exchange trip turned into a streamlined guidance on selection of tiles. we were impressed with his knowledge, willingness to help and spend time, no rush attitude and hear out what we had to say. If you are planning on remodeling, I strongly recommend Abe for your designer need.

Shannon Lee at Floor and Decor on Barrett Parkway was so helpful. She helped me choose my tile and my grout with an expert eye. So glad I got to interact with her!

I went to the E. Broadway Blvd. store in Tucson to buy an 18" square tile to roll out pie dough. Dillon was wonderful, he helped me find the tile, gave me some $$ off because it had a chip, which was not going to affect my needs at all, and then he carried it out to the car for me and put it in the trunk. I brought 2 pie boards with me from Colorado 2 years ago, but I couldn't find either one. Now I'm all set. Thanks Dillon - you're the best!
