Horrible customer service….bought duralux flooring and after 6 months it started lifting in a few areas…put in a warranty claim …they made up reasons to deny the claim..they said there was water damage…there was none…they said I could pay $500 and get my own inspector. Well if I did they would still deny the claim! They offer warranties but have absolutely no intention of ever paying out on them…stay away!

They selling luxury vinyl plank with a lot issues after 3 month the wear layer start wrinkling locking system problem . expensive product poor quality. the send a inspector hire for the manufacturing to justified the flaws of the product with installation problem . no warranty deeply regrets the purchase in floor and decor

I’m honestly disappointed with Floor & Decor. For a company this large, the way they treat military discounts feels misleading. They say they honor military members, but in reality it’s not a real program — just occasional in-store “events” that you only hear about if you ask. No year-round discount, no consistency, no transparency. For the men and women who served this country, that feels dishonest. What makes it worse is that their competitors — Lowe’s, Home Depot, and even local hardware stores — offer actual, everyday military discounts that you can count on. No guessing, no vague language, no runaround. Floor & Decor also doesn’t offer promo codes or meaningful savings at a time when everything in home improvement is more expensive than ever. When people are spending thousands on flooring, the least a company could do is provide straightforward discounts or loyalty programs like other retailers do. Their products are solid, but between the lack of transparency, the inconsistent military “discounts,” and zero promotional offers, it’s hard to justify shopping here when competitors clearly do better.

The Eli 24 in. Deep Blue Vanity with Cultured Marble Top from the Studio Design Collection started bubbling and peeling just from wiping off contractor dust—before it was ever used. This is the veneer, the critical aesthetic piece that’s literally what you see when you walk into the bathroom, and it failed immediately. A product meant for a bathroom should survive normal cleaning, yet these vanities are worse than builder-grade products from Lowe’s or Home Depot, which offer far superior quality. When I reached out, the company denied my warranty claim based solely on the purchase date, without caring that the product did not work for its intended purpose or perform as expected. Other similar companies in my experience would have immediately sent a replacement or a fix at minimal cost. Floor & Decor could have easily sent a new drawer face, but they’d rather lose a customer than stand behind their product. Terrible quality and even worse customer service. I will never buy from this brand again.

Called about warranty issue. Which was lifetime. Was tricked by saying you have to contact them within 30 days of first sight of an issue. It was something I was honest about now flooring totally coming apart could not even get someone to come and look at it without paying $500.00 . I AM REALLY UPSET THAT THEY WILL NOT EVEN LOOK AT MY PICTURES OR SEND SOMEONE OUT UNTIL I PAY THEM ANOTHER $500.00 SIGNED VERY SAD CUSTOMER..

Customer service is extremely poor. Each time there's more staff than customers and they just stand around yapping until I ask for help. Pitiful.

Customer service was horrible. It started with getting a call to pick up my order because it had been waiting for a few weeks due to my guys getting behind on another job. The lady that called said I had a week to pick everything up or they were going to put everything back even though it was already paid for. Next I was waiting to return the extra flooring when it started raining and the boxes got wet. They sent some rude guy to tell me they couldn’t take it back now. When I tried to object he said “ we didn’t give it to you wet so we can’t take it back wet”. I’ve never used these people before and will not use them again.

Buyer beware! Their product is junk and they do not stand by their warranty, my previous kitchen had floor from another company after selling the house eight years later the kitchen still looked shiny and brand new. Less than two years later with floor and decor the clear finish has worn off in big patches and their “independent Inspector“ said it was from dog scratches. What an insulting report I had the dogs at the last house Dog scratches wouldn’t leave big patches of dull marksmanship . The bottom line is they don’t stand by their warranty and they’re overpriced for cheap junk.
