We had a great experience at floor in decor Winston Salem. We received great customer service from Jay and Shonda. The tile selected was at a great price and plenty of to purchase in the store. We would highly recommend this business

The young man Camden @ San Pedro store in San Antonio was very helpful. He helps me pick up grout color, loaded tiles to my car. He is polite and professional.

I can't say enough good things about thd staff at Floor and Decor Gastonia. From the helpful design team Tamara, Ignacio and James to the loading team and evening manager Dee. Special shout out to Caleb who went above and beyond in customer service. I never had to look for help, they have a phenominal staff. This has been a very positive experience and I encourage you to visit this new store!

My husband and I are redoing a house we recently purchased in Columbia Tennessee. We scheduled a time to meet with their designer Howard Wiggins. Howard gathered all the information he needed as to what we were needing help with which was picking out tile (floor and shower tile, as well as tile for the shower wall) for the master and guest bathrooms. After he saw some tile that we liked, he then walked with us around the showroom, giving us great ideas of coordinating tiles that would complete the bathrooms. He gave us some very helpful advice of things we had not thought of and how to maximize the space in both rooms. We would recommend Howard for your designing needs!
