Brand New engineered wood floors (3 mons) put in, already breaking splintering and chipping. Fighting with warranty and Floor Decor is NOT standing by their product.

We bought 24x24 rectified tiles , which we liked at about $5.60 a square foot. We asked if they were rectified and the sales person confirmed that they were. What they failed to mention, which I found out later, is that you have to lay each of these heavy tiles on a straight flat surface with a level to see if they are warped. It was never said or was it posted anywhere in the packaging that they could be warped and that if you laid them, as I did and realized this, it would be too late. Unfortunately after we were 80% done we saw the imperfections. We contacted Floor&Decor and they told that i would need to hire a professional inspector which.I would have to pay for, at about $600 cost we later found out. They later said that my batch was with in guide lines and that was the end of their help. So I advise any potential Floor&Decor customers to beware of this tactic. Need a 0 rating! Lead possible employees on about work and then do not get back to them. Im employed and have not been one of them but know people who have been more than qualified just lead on by company! Will NEVER do business with them. To bad too as I have work needed done, but will pick another company. Thanks for making it easier to choose.

Nucore Gunstock Oak … Do not buy this product! Planks have manufacturing defects and the company will not stand by the product. I will never buy from Floor and Decor again . I will Not recommend any products from either company ever again!

Floor and Decor (Daytona Beach) is great at selling products - sadly even products they know are a problem. In addition to my shower tiles (beautiful) I bought marble fan tile for two very small bathrooms ($4,500 worth of the fan floor tile ... in total, I spent well over $10,000 with F&D) only to find out it was discontinued - never brought to my attention there were problems with it - a lot of tile gets discontinued for new items being created. After finally laying the tile down a couple of months later, it almost immediately had shadowing, uneven coloring - my tile looked 30 years old instead of 30 days old. We reached out to the Daytona Beach Floor and Decor where the manager Lynn had originally helped me to pick this tile out for my bathrooms and this was purchased. I have since found out from another tile store - this tile should have never been sold for a shower floor - it was a wall tile. She gave us the corporate claims number and said that is all she can do - she is completely out of it. I called to file a claim and they are now telling me that I have to get a certified flooring expert to investigate further on my dime - starting rate $695 and could take 6 weeks to come out. IF THEY determine there is an issue, they will reimburse me. After reviewing online not many people are successful so I am going to eat my losses at $6000 - find new tile ELSEWHERE - pay for demo and reinstallation. The cherry on top - Lynn offered to see if they could buy the tile back - she would have to find a store that wanted it .. in others words still make money while selling faulty tile to another unsuspecting customer. Bad business practices by a large corporation. Stay Away From Floor and Decor especially Daytona but I am sure they all run the same - they do not stand behind what they sell and will sell faulty products and wash their hands of it once it is sold.

I ordered three preassembled vanities from Floor & Décor. They arrived a week late, which impacted my renovation. Floor & Décor basically said they couldn’t do anything about the delay. Then I discovered that one of the vanity drawers was missing a bracket, making it difficult to open or close properly. After several exchanges with Floor & Décor’s customer service, they sent me a bracket but provided no installation instructions or necessary hardware, making it impossible to install. I have continued following up with them to remedy the situation, but they have stopped responding. This is extremely poor customer service for a manufacturing defect. I do not recommend buying anything from Floor & Décor.

American-made American Veteran, what a scam, this is all cheap overseas counterfeit products. Please, please do not buy from these people.

Zero customer service. Spent hours selecting over $7000 in tile. When I tried to grab the grout they were completly out. When I finally tracked down an employee for help they said, were out sorry. No let me check another store or any other suggestions. I left 3 carts full of tile and walked out. Sorry service. Guess we're off to Lowe's.
