I have been to the store twice. The people working lack on customer service and have not been helpful. And they asked if I was going to buy. When I said I was looking because I have to do 5 different areas they did not help me any more. Very disappointed. Won’t buy from them and will advice my friends and family of their extremely poor to none customer service

Very nice flooring but not worth the hassle, very rude, unorganized, employees that don’t have knowledge of products doing a return is almost impossible if you paid in cash even with a receipt and good luck picking up your order I think they start putting it together when you get there. Doesn’t placing an order mean that it will be ready. I will never deal with this store again. Be ready to spend your whole day here they are like turtles. I will not recommend this store to my worst enemy.

We have an order that we need to cancel. No one at the toll free customer service number will answer the phone, no one at the store will answer the phone and when trying to online chat there is no agent available

Placing a $6,000+ order and after repeatedly getting pushed back to the order detail screen, I finally get to submit my payment. Then, after submitting it the order detail screen comes back and there is no order number or confirmation. On hold for 25 minutes for phone support and there are no online agents to support my issue. Terrible!

So I ordered 31 cases of flooring 10 days ago and I am still waiting to hear anything back from this company I have was on hold this morning for 32 minutes and I had to click off now I've been on hold for 46 minutes no one ever comes to the phone if your customers have to stay online that long waiting for an answer you need to hire more people I am done with this company

Horrible Store experience. The order was not processed on time. Low staffed

Floor&Decor has no sense of customer service. We purchased tile on May 6, 2020. At the time the return policy was open ended due to COVID. We got the tile laid over the summer and had a couple of boxes left. We didn’t rush to return it because of COVID. My husband is 65 and has asthma so we are being very cautious. On October 11, we finally had a chance to return the tile. We were told we missed the 120 day return window. Even though they still stock that tile, they would not accept the return. The issue is that they changed the COVID return policy on September 18 to be 120 days for purchases between March 19 and September 17. At the time of this change, anything purchased from March 19 to May 16 was already outside of the return window! Why include these dates in the policy at all?!?!?? For those dates that were already outside of the new return window, at least an additional 30 days should have been allowed for returns. Shame on you Floor & Decor! We will be taking out business elsewhere in the future!

I had a terrible experience at Floor & Decor in King of Prussia. My husband and I went to make a purchase for wall and floor tile for our bathroom renovation. We asked for someone to help with removing the boxes of tiles from behind a floor sign. A woman from the design department paged someone several times...over 15 -20 minutes. We then heard someone over the walkie talkie say “there is no one here to help them...tell them to come back another day.” Well floor and decor you won’t get my 585 plus dollars. Hire some folks who actually want to work.
