Tried three times, without success, to place an order. Terrible website! Zero customer service available! Phoned the customer service number twice, each time a recorded message said to call back tomorrow. This was during business hours.

Went to the nearest floor and decor in Avon, MA 2 hours away to look at tiles . Found tiles we liked but associates were unable to locate the tile in the store. Unlike other retail stores they charged $150 to deliver from one store to another (39 sq ft of tile) so we located a store (Paramus NJ) that had several hundred in stock where a family member was going to be in the area for 3 weeks who offered to pick up for us. After calling the paramus store and trying every extension multiple times with no an answer on any extension, I finally ordered online and was told that the tiles could be picked up that day or the next. Ordered on april 7 2021. Perfect because our person was going to be there the next day. When they went there, however, they were informed that they (paramus floor and decor) had not accurately updated their inventory and had only a fraction of the tiles we had paid for. I called customer service and after 45 minutes was told that the remaining tiles we're on their way from another location and I would get an update via email the following monday (this was on a thursday) Monday came and no email so tuesday I called and again waited 30+ minutes to then be put on hold numerous times and eventually be told that the order that was arriving wasn't expected until mid may! After explaining that this wouldn't work they assured me that they would ship the tiles from a nearby store to be there by the next week. Now it is the 21st and I have just finished another 45 minute customer service call to find out that the tiles that were to arrive at paramus mid week (by today) for us to pick up haven't even left the other store yet and aren't expected to arrive until sometime in may!? I am fed up and disgusted with how this company treats their customers. They made a mistake and couldn't do a thing to remedy the situation. They could've offered to ship the tile to my home for all of the trouble they have caused me. I've wasted a lot of time dealing with these people and now I have to start looking for tile all over again while my project sits unfinished. Wish I could give 0 stars or less. Do not waste your time. I wouldn't even spend time writing this review except I hope to save others from having an utterly unpleasant experience with floor and decor.

When we first purchased tile for our bathroom, it was easy. Then we decided to get the same tile in an opposite color scheme for our shower niche. We found that the store was out of that color so we ordered 8 pieces to be sent from their warehouse. I call the store to check on status and she says it might be another week. Not good as our tile guy comes in 2 days. I asked the person who answered the phone if another store had them in stock, and she told us that there was one about 25 miles away. I call and explain that we prepaid, but our order had not arrived and asked them if they could please put 6 pieces aside. She gave me a really hard time until I finally begged and she relented. I thought to myself what bad customer service that was. She seemed put out by my request. So we leave our plumber here working and drive half an hour to this store, where nobody knows anything. I had stupidly neglected to get the girl’s name so I had no reference to at least try to see what happened. We wandered about, following one sales associate who was trying her best, but she said that although the system shows 36 tiles in stock, they’re discontinued so it’s possible that they were discarded. Who does that? And why weren’t they willing to be helpful when I had them on the phone. Happily, my good friend Carole had redone her kitchen using the tiles we needed and happily, she had enough left over for us to borrow until ours came in. So, my complaint is mostly for the poorly run Carmel Mt. Ranch location. Morena Blvd. in San Diego has better trained staff, but it seems like the communication between stores is a bit off.

Worst Customer service ever, just wanted to order some samples online tried for three days. Their website just kept reverting back to cart with no explanation given. Tried to contact customer service on three different occasions during this process all I got "We are currently experiencing unusually high call volumes at this time, we apologize for the inconvenience" Finally on my last try after being on hold for over 20 minutes got through to customer service was told one of the items in my order was out of stock, I removed the out of stock item at her instruction tried to place order got same result. Run the other way as fast as you can, I can't image what customer service would be like after the sale.

DO NOT GO HERE WHATEVER YOU DO!!!!!!!!!!! They sold me discontinued wood flooring without informing me. When the wood started curving after installation, I tried to contact their claims department and they never got back to me. I had to fight to even talk to someone. When I finally did, they said they weren't going to do anything about it. Disgusting place. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I would give them negative stars if I could!!!!!!!

I purchased over $1500 worth of flooring. They charged me the wrong amount and refuse to adjust their error. There is no customer service. They do not stand behind the products they sell. You would be better off buying off the street.

Worst customer service ever. Will never shop there again. Bought counter top quartz and no communication. Than, you are forced to sign inter net no liability crap to complete your project. Not only that their check out people were rude too. Awful experience in Dallas, do not shop there if you want a smooth process.

my name is robert for thr first time i visited the store i asked for help for flloring waited than 1 femail employee came not helping with my request plus very rude like she owns the store i felt hurt and disturbed ignord 1 question about the flooring laminate she answerd wath you wath you get we are living in the united state you need to put your anger at home not on custumer i left angry and i will never shop again bad custumer service they need to hire profeshional people i am paying for the merchandise not baging very bad experience. think twice before you speak
