I had a chance to go to the store in Kendall yesterday because I'm remodeling a bathroom. I was pleasantly impressed with how huge it is, the variety is immense so there is no possibility of saying that what I wanted was not found; a very kind young man, Lázaro, helped me to position myself well in the area of the store that was for me but finally don't buy anything. Today I returned with my daughter and it was difficult to choose because of the huge variety. Antonio, one of the employees was very kind to us and helped us find the pieces and combinations we needed, as well as take things with us. It feels good as a customer to know that employees care about keeping their customers. Remodeling of another bathroom in my house is in the project for 2021 and I already know where to go to choose the most beautiful and varied bathroom tiles. 100% recommendation

My experience with Floor and Decor was so enjoyable. I scheduled a consultation and had a wonderful time working with Jordan York. She looked at what I liked on Pinterest and helped me make the most beautiful selections! I cannot wait for my master bathroom remodel. Thank you Jordan for such a wonderful experience. I am doing an entire house renovation and my contractor sent me to floor décor to select stone for my fireplace, kitchen backsplash tile, decorative kitchen tile for above my stove, tile for both bathrooms, wood floors and vinyl flooring for the basement. Initially, I found the warehouse setting overwhelming. Before my second visit, I called to schedule an appointment with a designer and Narkied was assigned and turned out to be the perfect one for me! She made the process much more manageable, especially during these challenging times when stock is limited. We met several times and each time we focused on a different area. She spent time learning about my house renovation and getting to know me and my style, then guided me through the entire warehouse. Her expertise, knowledge, patient and calm personality made me feel very comfortable. Her suggestions, ideas and flair with color were very appealing to me and I selected everything she suggested. I am grateful and thankful for Narkied’s help and highly recommend her.

We had a very good experience with Adam Cox at F&D Brandon location. He went out of his way to help us find the right product. Was kind enough to stay with us the entire time until we checked out. We bought almost $400 worth of tiles. Thank you Adam.

I worked with one of their design consultants and she was very helpful in helping us identify the product we were most interested in purchasing and assisted us in the order process of this product.

What an AWSOME company!! I had bought some items to use for accent pieces down the road for a design I was going for. But, fast forward 4 years later, the design changed and had not used the items. Floor & Decor (because they still carried the product) was kind enough to take the return and return the money to my card (because I magically still had the receipt) otherwise would have been store credit, but still amazing. I will Definitely be doing business with this company more often! Thank you Floor and Decor, keep being awesome!

I worked with Lynda Scott at the 3665 Hwy 6, Sugar Land, TX 77478 and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She offered helpful design advice that made my choice of picking materials a smooth transition. This was before and after I made a few choice changes and financial transactions, Lynda exerise patience and above and beyond excellent customer service during this process. She is a TOP salesperson and applaud 👏 her willingness to make my experience top notch. Thank you Lynda.

I work with Bill in the Pro Service Dept at the Roswell, Georgia location. I have always received 5-star service from Bill. He is friendly, helpful, and continues to exceed my expectations. I have worked directly with Bill in person, on the phone as well as set up times for clients to pick things up. He is always consistent in his knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help. Having someone like Bill to work with is the main reason I shop Floor & Decor.
