Hi, I went to your store Thursday and I met a very kind woman who went above and beyond! She stayed with me the whole time and help me make a decision to purchase a vanity. I noticed she was limping a little, but she took her time, and this did not stop her she ask questions for me if she did not know! Her name is Roxanne!!! God bless you may you always be well!! Floor and Décor has amazing prices and selection. We specifically shopped for tile at the Paramus NJ location. The showroom has displays to show products on a larger scale. The design service (Sapphire) was extremely helpful to assist with narrowing down the wall and flooring for our bathroom. We always found the staff on the floor very eager to help and received exceptional service from Tyrone to find merchandise that was not on the shelf! He went above and beyond to make sure tile was set aside until I could drive down - excellent communication. I totally recommend this store, but would suggest avoiding weekends (the store get very busy).

Ruby at the Paramus N.J. store was excellent! She helped us pick out the correct materials for our bathroom renovations. She went above and beyond to make sure we found everything we were looking for. She took the time to call the Wayne store to see if they had a particular border we wanted. We are so appreciative that we had a stress free experience thanks to her help. This store also had an awesome selection !

Bri Dinkens was my salesperson. It was my first time in the store she was awesome explaining and helpful. Looking for something different to redo my kitchen the prices were awesome. There are a lot to choose for my decor I will return soon!

Niko at Arlington Heights! Amazing. Helpful. Generous with his time. Informative. Kind. Positive. Knowledgable. Deserves praise AND a raise. This is my second trip to Floor and Decor. I did not have that kind of service on my first trip and was ready to use another provider for the many projects I have going on at my home. Niko changed my mind. Thank you, Niko!

Angelina Espinoza at the Denver, Co. Floor & Decor store is an fantastic consultant! She spent almost an hour assisting us on reviewing the various wood flooring options available, answering all of our questions and explaining the different wood flooring choices that would be best suitable for our flooring needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. She made the process of purchasing flooring painless! I would highly recommend Angelina Espinoza! Thank you Ang!

Bhakti Joshi is an amazing consultant. She spent almost two hours with us as we made our selections. She is extremely knowledgeable of the McKinney store. She assisted with our choices but was never pushy. Her patience with our lack of knowledge was commendable. She made the process of purchasing flooring for an entire house and bathroom tiles painless! I would highly recommend Bhakti Joshi and McKinney Floor & Decor!

My Wife and I visited the Sarasota Floor and Decor Location for the first time. We were greeted and helped by Design Specialist Donald Tucker. He could not have been more helpful and patient with us. Needless to say we left the store with all the materials needed to install our new Kitchen backsplash. If You are visiting the Sarasota location, and are unsure of what you need, ask for Donald, he is extremely friendly and helpful, We will be back for all of our home projects!
