Nadin was extremely helpful with the tile, he did an amazing job.

I had exceptional customer service both times i shopped at the Winston Salem store Nadin and Griffin went above and beyond to make sure my order was correct and Art back at the Pro Station truly made me feel like a Pro with his hospitality and his enthusiasm to serve me he really acted like he was my personal concierge think will be doing much more business with these 3 guys I like the way they handle their business i mean you would have thought they were the owners the way they took pride in their jobs . Thank you guy for making me feel special.

I went to Floor&Decor store on Richmond Rd Cleveland OH, where the staff and the Manager Andy are so nice and helpful especially Manuel at the PRO Desk. I’m 100% satisfied how they work out my order. Thank you very much guys.

We went at the store in Garden City this morning to talk to someone about a problem I had regarding a refund. I asked for the manager and Brian came over right away. He and the supervisor Eveline looked into the problem. They were both really friendly and concerned about our inquiry. Thankfully, they were able to resolve the issue in just a few minutes.

Vivian was incredibly helpful in explaining the design options for grout and in how to design a niche. She helped us make decisions for things we had not even thought of! I would not hesitate to work with her again!

We had the pleasure of working with Angel and Austin at your Floor & Decor Store in North Richland Hills. We purchased approximately 40 boxes of Red Oak flooring. Based on a distinct difference in the color of the wood in some boxes, we were unable to use some of the product. Without question, your staff expressed their understanding and refunded the unusable product. You are very fortunate to have Angel and Austin on your team! Their customer service is outstanding!! We will not only do business with you in the future but have shared this story with many of our friends. Bravo!!

We are doing a full remodel on our home and have been to the Temple Texas store several times now and been greeted with warm welcomes every single time and more than that, I came in in the beginning kind of a mess not knowing where to begin and AnnDee Mae in the Design center helped me calm down and spent so much time with me every time I needed, and I’m now super excited to how my home will be after her amazing ideas. I give her the highest rating I can give and have been telling so many people how she made me comfortable and I so trust her expertise and this has been an all around great experience. Thank you, Donna

I had a wonderful experience at Florand Decor at Surprise AZ. Reinaldo was absolutely outstanding—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth and enjoyable, and it was truly a pleasure doing business with him. His customer service went above and beyond, and I sincerely appreciate the time and care he provided. Thank you, Reinaldo, for the excellent service!
