We bought LPV from F&D on Atlantic Blvd last month. The transaction and delivery went smoothly; the floor manager went above and beyond; helping narrow down our choices, arranging delivery, and even helping locate my phone that I left there. I definitely recommend purchasing from this store and will do so again.

Carmen at the Paramus NJ store was very helpful to us both times that we visited the store! She helped us with finding supplies for our bathroom, which is being completely redone.

We had a great experience at the Orlando store #246 purchasing the entire new floor for our house. Victoria Gallego help us with the decoration details and she complete the order for us. It was a relief having her opinion on the last minute difficult decisions. Thank you so much Vicky!!!

Outstanding Customer Service: I had to best experience I've ever had with a Floor & Decor employee when Micah from the Barret Parkway location helped me complete my bathroom home remodel jobs. Micah displayed outstanding customer service and professionalism by helping me & my wife understand the remodel process and making sure we had and understood the entire remodel job. Micah had great knowledge and his expertise helped us make a difficult process very easy and personal. This has been one of the best cuistomer experiences that Ive ever encountered!

I ordered tile that had to be shipped from another store. Of course they had already sold what I wanted. Kept getting the run around. I got in touch with Hayly Simmons at the Countryside store and she found me the exact tile and I finally got it. Kudos to the wonderful customer service given by Hayly.

VIRGINIA at the Moorestown store IS AMAZING!! I had a large order with several different rooms and different products. Virginia handled everything. Whenever there was an issue with shipping or the product she was there! She was amazing. I cannot say enough about how great she is! Thank you Virginia!
