Floor & DecorReviews of flooranddecor.com

Great selection in stock, excellent service and helpful staff. A few weeks ago, we purchased tile, grout, metal edging and stone shower sill from Floor and Decor. Riley provided outstanding guidance throughout the entire process from tile selection to making sure we had the grout, metal edging and sill, to helping us locate (the palette of our tile was in the back) and move/load the tile. Riley's friendly attitude, follow through and sense of humor made for an outstanding shopping experience! We found all the other employees friendly and helpful as well! Patty and Gregg

Mr Fahad he worked there in Fairfield ct store I think he is the most honest and stylist person I ever seen in my life I cannot call him a salesman I call him consultant or advisor Love it Definitely seven Stars if not five *********

I have just completed shopping for all my floors and ceramic tiles at the Danbury store for a new construction home. I had an appointment with my designer Sonia. The experience fulfilled all my expectations. Sonia was very helpful offering me great selections after she took much time to get to know my style. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to a good working relationship, and feel assured that any issues would be managed properly. I would recommend Floor&Decor and my inspirational designer Sonia to family and friends.

I never thought I would consider going back into another FnD or leave positive feedback...Todd store Mgr & Keneil at the Pompano Beach,FL location quickly changed my point of view.. Their tenacity, time & effort to resolve an ongoing issue (which didn't originate from that store) with my flooring from 2020/ 2021 was incredible and greatly appreciated....Thank You Todd!

We are building a home after the first of the year so we came in for some inspiration. We got way more than we bargained for. The selections are overwhelming and numerous and the prices are very surprising. Everyone seems happy to be there. Lyndie is the lady that helped us most. Gave great advice about flooring for our lifestyle. There was little that we asked that she couldn't answer yet she openly admitted that she needed someone elses advice and called for help. She was so personable and very sweet and patient and caring. We would be purchasing there because of the prices and availbilty, but the staff there makes us feel more comfortable in asking questions. No one makes us feel stupid and you can see and hear the connection of the employees. We heard couple of jokes but when it came down to it it was all business. We will be seeing you in the future for multiple projects on multiple houses.

I was looking for some the best thin set for 24X48 polished porcelain tiles. Tom took me to the best in the store. He was such a gentleman he picked them up and set them in the buggy for me. I feel that if I needed him to drive them around the store for me he would have..lol..I quickly realized that I needed T-molding to match my laminate floors. Upon arrival the cashier asked what I needed and asked for assistance in the wood department. Within minutes of walking down the isle this very nice gentleman by the name of Doug walked up to help. After explaining what I was looking for he took over. He picked out every piece of material I needed. After per registering my materials he pushed my buggy to the register for me. Which was a breeze because he registered my materials. I paid for my order and what would have taken me 4hrs to do only took 30min. Needless to say I no other store had what I needed. Floor & Decor is the best store for all your home flooring and designer tiles❤️

I visited the West Broad/Glenside location today. I received quality customer service and advice from both my sales professional, Ben Johnson, as well as the store manager, Ran, who was working the sales floor. I had checked our two largest box home improvement stores in Midlothian, only to find limited selection and zero customer service. Not a good combination. Floor and Decor is a wonderland of choices, coupled with personable sales staff who go the extra mile to be certain that the customer has considered all purchase options. I was thoroughly impressed. This experience was definitely worth time and money. Thank you Ben & Ran. Ed Southern Midlothian, Virginia
