Evette from Moorestown was knowledgable about the products she was recommending to me. I was unsure how to proceed with my material selection and combinations. Evette walked me through the array of cement boards to choose from, as well as the size of tile, the selections of mortars and thinnest to the assortment of grout. There is no doubt in my mine that our project would not look professional if Evette had not spent the time with me. I have attempted many projects in our home over our thirty years of marriage. I have NEVER had an associate in any classification of raw material exhibit the professional confidence along with attentive courtesy as Evette. It is clear that the Moorestown store has the premier consultant in the profession.

Deondra Russell walked me thru the website to place an online order for pick up. He was very professional and patient. He made it simple and efficient. Thank you.

I had an excellent experience at Floor and Decor. Ask for Doug Grim the Design supervisor. He assisted me from beginning to end.

I've spent close to $20,000 at the Floor and Decor in Roswell GA to rehab a home there. I was able to pick materials out long distance as this included a move from Chicago. I loved the variety and quality of their products and that I could do so much at one stop. But what has made me a loyal customer was the FANTASTIC service at the Roswell store. I had to purchase and return a number of different materials over the last six months. Because of COVID there were numerous issues with the supply chain. We were able to order product early and return easily. I want to give a special THANK YOU TO ANITA AT THE HOLCOMB BRIDGE STORE IN ROSWELL. She diligently and patiently went through looking for an order that the computer didn't seem to have. After tries with two other clerks and an hour and a half, she was able to refund over $1000 worth of materials that other than her angelic service we would have had to eat the cost. Managers and corporate, please know that it is employees like her that make your stores so successful! Also want to give a shout out to NYIA (?) at check out who has been helpful I had an excellent experience across the board with all of the staff.

The store in Toms River was awesome. They had everything I needed and super smart and nice sales staff. Great place!!!!

Muriel Meredith helped us select tile, thin set and grout. She was excellent. She calculated everything we needed and showed us various options. Natalie helped us when we actually bought the tile, grout and thin set. Again, she was excellent, helping us select the thin set and the grout. She arranged for delivery at a time that worked for us.

I was in Floor & Decor the past weekend (either 4/2 or 4/3) and I was looking for a particular grout that I'd used before. This particular grout had a glitter to it. I saw an associate "Dallas" and she was amazing took me right to the various grouts and pointed out the 3D grout with the shimmer. I still wasn't sure of the color and so I went to the register and although it was 2 years ago, "Jayln" patiently looked through my orders until she found it. I was so excited. I gathered my tile and really couldn't decide and I stopped "Jowanna" and asked her opinion. She pointed out the patterns in the one tile and how it might have the tendency to compete with the backsplash that I had chosen. :Although I loved the backsplash and the particular flooring, she was right the two together were just going to be too much. The alternate pattern that I had she thought would work perfect. I was so excited for her assistance and when I got home I was even more convinced that she was right. "Jowanna also suggested that I not just take one piece of tile to try but a couple of pieces to get a better sense of what it would look like." I went to check out and was greeted with the most beautiful smile and welcome from "Jordan" It was just a really wonderful day. I love Floor & Decor and could spend all day in there if I had the time. I have investment properties and I have refinished all of them using the products from Floor & Decor.
