Floor and Decor in Salt Lake once again saved the day! And it was Jessica who helped my find and load out the product we were searching for. Gotta love F&D!!

This was our first time visiting a Floor & Decor Store. It has just opened in Madison Alabama. It was a great experience! We were assisted by a gentleman named Fred. He was helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He asked all the customers we passed if they needed help. If they did, he called a team member to assist them. We will be shopping there again! Great customer service is getting rare it seems, but at Floor & Decor, they clearly take it seriously. Thank you Fred for a great shopping experience!

This was my third trip to the West Hartford store. Each time I’ve visited I’ve been greeted at the door by a very pleasant employee. I’ve been assisted on each visit by friendly and helpful staff. I’ve been pleased with the quality and selection of tile. I would (and have) recommend this store to friends. BTW it is an hour drive each way from my home, but I consider it worth the trip.

went to the floor and decor on columbus and dale mabry. met with kelly shabott. she was amazing. really did a wonderful job helping us pick out tile, etc. Made shopping there very easy!

We got some bamboo for our floors, good price, great customer service. thanks Mark and Courtney.

Highly recommend Floor & Decor! Not only do they have a wide range of material to choose from but their customer service is above and beyond! I ran into a hiccup with my renovation where the floor on display was labeled wrong. After picking it up and bringing it back to my studio, I realized it was the wrong material. I was in a full blown panic for I was in a time crunch to open my business. Jaime fixed EVERYTHING. She made it possible for the right flooring to be delivered, while picking up the other flooring, and waved the delivery charged. Because or her, I am back on track to open my business on time. Jaimie is the BEST and single handedly saved my business. I plan on being a floor & decor customer for life. Any store can have good material but the excellent customer service makes all the difference. Thank you Jaime!
