I recently went to Floor and Decor for a design session with Cia in Atlanta. I could not have been more pleased with our session. No sales pressure and she shared tons of design ideas for my space. What a pleasant experience.

We received exceptional customer service from the Addison St. store in Chicago. In particular, Jeff, the Warehouse Manager, went above & beyond to fix our flooring issue. We ordered hardwood from a STL store to be delivered to our home in Chicago. Jeff managed the delivery only to find out STL keyed in the wrong sku resulting in the wrong hardwood delivered. Jeff quickly called the STL store & worked through the process to get us the correct hardwood. Jeff was in constant communication with updates. Pickup & delivery was seamless & Jeff followed up to ensure we were satisfied.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Rosanna Duran from Floor and Decor as our designer, and I must say she exceeded all expectations. From the very beginning, Rosanna displayed a deep understanding of our project's vision and requirements. Her expertise in interior design and her keen eye for detail were evident throughout the entire process. Not only did she provide us with creative and innovative solutions, but she also ensured that every aspect of our project was executed flawlessly. Rosanna's professionalism, patience, and strong communication skills made it incredibly easy to work with her. She not only listened attentively to our ideas but also offered valuable suggestions that elevated the overall design of our space. With Rosanna's guidance, we were able to achieve a stunning result that perfectly matched our style preferences while staying within budget constraints. I cannot recommend Rosanna highly enough - her exceptional talent and exceptional service truly set her apart as an outstanding designer at Floor and Decor.

Just visited F&D again to look at tiles for my bathroom and I was consulted by Romeo. WOW, did he ever open up a whole new world for me; he explained about small tiles versus large tiles on the walls of my yet to be created walk in shower, Educated me on floor tiles, and the various myths people are stuck on. How to spunk up the look with a beautiful colored grout. I am just blown away about his knowledge and design ideas, which now means that I will be over there, and hopefully he is there as well, to start figuring out which tile for the wall and which for the floor. I am really going to create a beautiful bathroom on a budget. Mille gracia, Romeo!

I went to the Floor and Decor in Temple, TX. Ty was extremely helpful! He took time to explain all the different types of flooring to me. Thank you for caring! I had a great experience!

We went to the store in Sanford, Fl today, our first time there. Shopping for tile for a new shower to be built soon. A young man named "Cora" asked if he could help us, I said we needed a designer and radioed for one. No one was available at that time but I asked he might be able to assist us. He responded that he thought he could. Why this young man is NOT a designer is beyond me. He was so knowledgeable and patient with us. Took us where we needed to be to shop for 4 different products and inserted his very wise opinions. He scanned all our picks into the system so our contractor can come by tomorrow to pick them up. A HUGE shout out to Cora, we would always ask for him from now on.

From the time I walked into your store in Tempe Arizona, Romeo was asked to assist me with my questions! He immediately listened to my needs which began the process of helping me find the products for my home project! Romeo took the time to explain the entire tiling process and what supplies I would need to finish my project! Romeo even offered some valuable information regarding my tile selections! The Tempe floor and decor store should be extremely proud of this employee, Romeo. His customers service skills were impeccable. Thank you again Romeo, for your support and attention to my matter. I will certainly return to the Tempe store for any future projects for the floors in my new home!
