Floor and Decor has tons of options for essentially any kind of flooring at a seemingly great price, however, I've found the quality is just not there. We recently ordered 2 different types of "custom" transition strips to go between our carpet and hardwood. The pieces were made of the thinnest, cheapest plastic and all 4 strips broke/snapped when we attempted to snap them into place. Most transition strips are wood or metal, especially along the inside track. Spend hundreds of dollars and can't return them because they are broken. I do not recommend getting any sort of flooring "accessory" from Floor & Decor. If you just need hardwood, vinyl plank, tile, carpet, without anything else, you might be ok.

We were excited to get floors from floor and decor in order to redo our entire house prior to the delivery of our son. We were told to buy 10% extra in terms of flooring just in case and so that is what we did! After we were done with our project we had leftovers. Because of the early delivery of our son it took longer to finish the house than expected. Floor and decor was not understanding and wouldn’t refund us. Because we took more than 90 days to finish our floors (which they did not make us aware of when they recommended we purchase extra) they said there was nothing they could do and we should try to sell it online or something. I don’t recommend buying from here. Go with another company that is more understanding and willing to work with you!

Excited about new Springfield store until I went there. Shopping for new bath and kitchen to be done in next couple of months, they had a designer on site with customer so I looked at tile instead of hanging around like a vulture. She left , employee called her, when she came out of very important meeting was not happy to deal with paying customer. Kid who called did his best to help but was not trained to answer questions about choices like bullnose subway tile in matte? Or shiny brochures on custom marble counter tops but how much? Couldn’t be more disappointed, thought I’d be spending my money here for better customer service but back to big box stores. Line at only register was snaking around store, guess employees were too busy in important meeting to help out the only 2 employees taking care of customers. What a disappointment.

Don’t believe in warranty! We bought expensive flooring that has 5 years warranty. Less than a year and we have bunch of cracks and chips. What they expected us to do was spend $500 from our pocket to make expertise and they will think about their next steps.

Floor Decor and More in the Ocala area total fail. Sent 2 different floorings wasted precious time and money for our family. An employee broke my husband's toe while rolling a cart over it and the store headquarters blamed it on my husband. I am sick of this company and we will never do business with them again. Customer service was evasive when needed and had to be pursued to receive money due back to us. I cannot believe the company will stay in business long. You can't have products and not take care of the customer's needs or protect them in their store. I will never advice people I know to go this box store. I gave a one star only because I had to put something to start my review. HORRIBLE experience. Never to return. I can find good products and good customer service else where.

The store on Cleveland Ave in Fort Myers is the worst. TWICE they screwed me over. I purchased tile last week and they scheduled delivery for today. I got up at 6AM to drive an hour and be available for delivery. About 2PM I called asking for update on delivery time (they had sai 8AM-5PM)..and they informed me it was not being delivered today. So I left town early, spent hours waiting, only to find out they were not going to show AS THEY PROMISED. Take your business elsewhere. I told them to give me credit and I will go elsewhere as well.

Material Quality: The first major issue I encountered was the quality of the flooring materials I purchased. Upon installation, it became evident that the products were of subpar quality. The laminate flooring I selected had visible defects, including uneven edges and discolorations. This not only compromised the aesthetics of my space but also raised concerns about the longevity and durability of the flooring. In light of my experience, I strongly urge Floor and Decor to reevaluate its commitment to customer satisfaction and product quality. As a loyal customer, I had hoped for a positive and reliable experience, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

My name is Albert I have been a customer since the store open in Avon Massachusetts I came to the store from Boston to make a purchase of almost 1500 dollars and I have a pro account they usually give a hat or a bucket this Manager Name David said the buckets are not to give out, I have always received a bucket when I have a big project. He was helping a customer that didn’t purchased anything and I was standing behind this guy for over 30 minutes, did not like his service at All.
