Ordered a large amount of tile for a home remodel I did back in 2021-2022. Included bathrooms, kitchen, and dining room floors and walls (in the baths). A few of the tiles developed cracks due to foundation shifting. When I attempted to get replacements, I was told the tiles were no longer available and the supposed replacement did not match well at all. Seth in The Colony store contacted me and stated he had found some of the tile in another state and would be glad to get them shipped. I was kept constantly updated on the arrival date and was given a very good price on the tile when it arrived. Seth demonstrated amazing customer service and I appreciate the way he handled my situation.

The experience in the Arlington Texas store was wonderful. The sales assistant, Carlos, went above and beyond to see that our, (my wife and I), needs were met. He was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The Reynoldsburg store went out of their way to help us with our order and made sure we were well taken care of and all our needs were met. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely shop here again and recommend this store to family and friends. The Gruens

Anyone going to the Knoxville Tennessee Floor and Décor store should ask for Courtney if they need any help. I recently had the most amazing service from her. I have never, anywhere, since I’ve been alive, seen anybody care as much as this person did for me when I needed to order a 94” piece of chair nose. our local stores here in Virginia didn’t have this exact one that we needed. The Knoxville store had a few of them so I called to order it and have it shipped it to me. This is when she went all out to help work through several roadblocks. there were some issues because of the length of this piece of chair nose. But Courtney didn’t just say, “I’m sorry, there’s no way we can ship it to you.” She went over and beyond to figure out a way to make this work out for me and she did it! I could go on and on about all of the intricate details of this transaction that took place that she didn’t have to do, but because she cared - like really cared- about helping me, I’m just left speechless. My experience with Courtney was like finding a needle in a haystack when it comes to customer service! She personally took a picture today of the FedEx tracking so I can see when it’s most going to be delivered hopefully to me. I really think if there are awards for the best employee in the Floor and Decor Co. that she should win the grand prize!! Thank you so much Courtney I’ll never forget what you did for me. 😊

Recently purchased Bruce Flooring. On the shelf we were one box short. Went to cashiers desk and iman ( hopefully didn’t misspelled her name ) jumped into action a retrieved a forklift and secured the area. She wasted no time and so courteous to work with. Her positive attitude was appreciated. I appreciate her and deserves the recognition. Keep up the great work

Had an excellent experience at Floor and Decor in Bellingham MA with Design Supervisor AJ Edwards. If you are in need of a designer who is the FULL package, she is the one you want! I needed help with a messy renovation where I had to blend old and new and I found this woman to have more knowledge than those I spoke with in several top name tile stores.

The manager Mark at the Wesley Chapel location seemed totally disinterested in helping me. After ringing me up, he went to pull products and sent word that products were not available and to refund me. Thankfully, Michelle Zapata stepped in and made me feel that my project was the most important thing to her. She found the products that Mark said weren’t there and did not leave my side till I had everything I needed. Michelle should be the manager!!!

Wood Manager at Cumming Floor & Decor, Livio was quite helpful with replacing damaged flooring with new product. Good Customer Service.
