This has been one of the worst customer experiences of my life. Went to the store in Sacramento, no one provided any assistance to us there. Online, the hardwood we found could not be ordered and shipped to the store. Turns out it was discontinued somewhere in the few weeks between visiting the store and attempting to order online. The phone number they ask you to call is not in service. I was hoping to use their contracted installers, but read so many awful reviews, I decided against using them.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was at the Moorestown, NJ store today 2/20/2024 at around 11:30am to buy the very expensive Schluter Flooring Systems. I was directed to the Pro Counter to get some information on available products. . The two young ladies at the counter could not have been LESS INTERESTED in helping me. One of them could barely lift her head from her phone to acknowledge . I immediately left the store and will spend my money elsewhere

Their sales people over sell products by misleading customer with a fake promise to fully refund any unused item at any time. In reality, when you need to return unused products, they find excuses to not provide full refund.

The store itself is awesome. The in-store employees are very helpful. The nightmare was with their installation vendors. They do one estimate, then upcharge for additional materials AFTER the installation was completed. Please find more honest installers.

This place has a lot of good stuff. But the people who work there are something else. Their attitude towards people is horrible. If you ask them a question. They became so mad at you. If you get there at 6:30. Which is they will close at 7 pm. They can’t wait you get out there as soon as possible.very mean and impatient with you.not even talk about getting any service. The products I give 5 stars. The people I only give 1 star.

I ordered and paid for flooring and had a contract to start. I got a voicemail saying that they had given it to someone else. I was told to pick out something comparable. Price went from 2.50 sf to 2.99 sf. I was told that they could only cover .25 of the extra cost. So when I make a mistake I pay for it, when they make a mistake I still pay for it. Will no longer send customers to that company again nor will I purchase anything from them ever again. Screw me once, shame on them, screw me twice, and shame on me.

Terrible pick up experience, would give no stars if I could. Told it would be ready in 30 minutes for pickup, came back in 2 hours. Order not started yet. Come back in 30 minutes. Told they are short staffed and giggling about it. Not funny to me. See ya!

They never showed up for an appointment to do an estimate. Such a waste of time.
