Absolute scam! Horrendous customer service! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Appalling customer service! Reply: No you never contacted me immediately! It took over 24 hours by which time you point blank refused to help me - telling me the goods had shipped and I had ordered the wrong item! Don’t even begin to fool yourself that you offer good customer service! Just read the reviews - you are appalling!

Hi Leanne, we helped you with your order and replied straight away we even sent you a free toy after you ordered the wrong thing, we can't possibly make sense of this.

Poor communication, website led to believe products come from Australia, they come directly from China. Such poor quality, package arrived 3 weeks after order and was all squashed. Two items not usable. Cheap Chinese junk and was grossly expensive. Off money back guarantee however ignored all my requests for a refund. I lodged a complaint through PayPal and got my money back. DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.
Response from FloofypupsAug 7, 2026
Hi Annie, we apologise for the confusion we are Australian based however most of our products are made in China like most companies. We were in contact so saying we ignored all your requests for a refund when in fact we did refund you makes no sense

FloofyPups is an absolute scam of an experience. They love charging premium prices, but apparently, counting and shipping a basic order is too complicated for them. After chasing them for three weeks, they finally shipped my order—except it's completely wrong and missing items I paid for. Now I'm told to wait another 10 days for them to fix their own incompetence. Disgusting customer service. Avoid at all costs.

Hey Davina, we apologise for any inconvenience. However we shipped your order straight away and we have been in contact with you and haven't had a response back at all

The toys (chase buddy) received are smaller than the one shown on their various videos and photos. Delivery took 27 days. .Their refund policy is 30 days from order date so you only have a short time to request, but our request for a refund went unanswered.
Response from FloofypupsAug 7, 2026
Hi Novita, we apologise for the delivery time sometimes there can be delays with couriers, please get in touch with us [email protected] and we will help the best we can

NOT for the real chewers unfortunately! We were so looking forward to our dog being able to play with the "chase buddy." I knew as soon as I saw & opened the box it wouldn't last, but we gave it "the benefit of the doubt." This product is great for small dogs, but definitely not for bigger dogs that may try to bite down on it. Destroyed in 2 minutes & left disappointed. Great design, if it actually was more solid to withstand bigger or stronger dogs teeth. They conveniently white out the section where you can leave a review on their official website. Save your money folks. The Aussie Dog Staffy Ball for outside is the way to go! Lasts a lifetime.

Do not order merchandise from this company. It takes forever to arrive, won't allow you to cancel orders that take too long, and won't respond when you request return instructions or how to get the "30 day money back guarantee."

The item ordered was inadquate, and was returned for refund with the tracking number as requested. I have heard nothing since, which was 3 weeks ago, and they cannot be contacted.
