The product came with no instructions. I searched online for how to charge (a charge cable is included). I searched online for charging instructions, plugged the provided cable in to a surge protector. I was in the same room and there was a burning smell and the unit began a chirping sound. When I unplugged the unit it was hot to the touch. Again I searched google and it stated due to the temp being hot and the burning smell I should place the unit outside and away from flammable substances before sending an email to floofypups support requesting a refund. I received a response from floofypups the next day advising me to return the units to an address in Australia and once inspected, they would initiate a refund. I will NOT be sending items with potentially flammable lithium batteries through the mail. Instead I will drop them off at the next Electronic Waste Disposal event in my city. I’ll have to forego the 39.99 refund in the interest of safety.

The Chase buddies ar5 not for larger dogs, and they are not chew toys. My shepherd doesn't realize this. Also to return them it will cost as much as the purchase in shipping. They are located in Australia. Changed to 3 stars due to the company making things right.

So Feedback got his chase buddy finally It's actually pretty good despite the fact it's much smaller than the video they use to promote it BUT! If you have a lunatic dog that likes to crunch things not so much He loved it for all of 10 minutes And it's no longer of this world He also got a zoomie ball a little ball that zips about itself Dead So if a dog isn't a wrecking machine I'd recommend them 😭, Also the delivery service they use state they will leave in a safe place if no one is home, If that means not even going to the door through the unlocked entry gate and just tossing your package onto the pavement that's how they feel it apparently the way to deliver

They have a money back guarantee but you have to ship toy back to Australia and it costs more than the toy. very deceitful. Do not trust this company

I ordered the chase buddy with the two for one deal- forgot to add the deal into the checkout. When I contacted floofypups, they responded within the day, messaged to say I had only ordered one, honoured the deal and sent me a second chase buddy. This makes for a very happy puppy.

Bought “buy one, get one” and good to their word- when only one arrived Floofy immediately answered my “E” and sent my second. The busy toy was a great find for my constant needy pup. She loves the crazy action. ( supervise play with, a must)

Floofypups customer service was exceptional. Really friendly, very helpful fast responses, and we received our order in good time. Our pup loves the chase buddy! And we're enjoying him being able to play on his own so he's not totally reliant on us for stimulation and fun inside when he's so full of energy.

I order an item it came in so small that if I give that to my dog he would swallow it and it came in all damaged also so the say 30 day money back but they dont tell you you have to pay to ship it back to them I paid 39.99 for the item but to return it the post office want 41,99 what a scam they send garbage items then we get stuck with loosing out I told them how much it was to send back and they didn't even care if they were a good reliable company they would of at least gave me my money back so I just wanted let you know dont buy there products junk
