FlocknoteReviews of flocknote.com

The Happiness Engineers I have been in contact with have been SO helpful with getting our parish started on Flocknote - from a short, but information-filled phone conversation with Matt about the Flocknote basics to Liz's ultra quick turn-around of my request for sign-up flyers in English and Spanish! We very quickly gathered more than 1100 parishioners on Flocknote!

Overall - and 99% of the time I LOVE Flocknote! The support staff is great! The program is super easy to use and it is obvious that the staff is dedicated and caring. The little comments and starters often make me chuckle and it is much appreciated. Even having a mascot Uno, makes work that can be tedious more enjoyable. The only reason I did not give a 5-star rating is because I feel there is work that needs to be done regarding reporting/alerts. For example, if a person enters (or I enter) an incorrect or bad email address, there is no notification for this. I would have expected it to appear on an admin report vs me trying to track down which people may not be receiving messages. Since there is sometimes 'detective work' needed to determine who didn't receive a message, I feel this is an area that should be improved upon as it is vital to communication. Again, on the plus side, the support staff are wonderful in helping to figure out what is going on, I just wish I was alerted instead of having to double check.

We experienced an issue with one of our parishioners not receiving our emails because they were bouncing. The representative I spoke to responded so quickly and professionally. I'm so grateful for the amazing customer service.

Flocknote is so user friendly and has been Such a blessing! We are able to get prayer requests out to everyone in the church so quickly and easily! We like how you can set up groups and send a message out to the youth, men, ladies, or Single adults groups or whatever group you want to create! Definitely recommend Flocknote to all small churches as it is so affordable and easy to use!

Easy to Use. All online, enjoy the best feature: Scheduling messages. Easiest pricing, and you can send unlimited messages because pricing is all about the number of people. Which there was another way to mass import messages by CVC. or spreadsheet.

This is a great app that has helped our church keep in touch during this hard times. We love it because is very user friendly. We recommend this app to all churches that have a need to keep their congregation communicated. Loved it!

The service of flocknote is excellent. However, the "very easy" button did not work for me.

I had an issue with my text messages. The Flocknote team was prompt, thoughtful and professional. This is the kind of support all companies should emulate. Great stuff guys!
