I booked a flight for 2 people for…

I booked a flight for 2 people for flights nest. Went through the whole process on line. It gave me a good rate and so after going over the details paid with a credit card. I got a final page confirmation with a copy of the receipt for what I paid. I thought we were all good. I then went ahead and booked car rentals and hotels. We never got a actual airline confirmation number. So a two days before the flight I went online and emailed and ask that they send the Delta Airlines confirmation number to one of the person's flying, and left her email. There was no response so we figured we would just check in at the airport. When we arrived at the airport we were told there was NO tickets for us on that flight! What???!!! Yes, Flights Nest never booked the flight for us and despite the email with the Flights Nest confirmation, they never booked the flight with Delta. The palne was full, we missed our trip, and because it was less than 24 hours lost our car rental money we paid which was no cancellable, and the first nights hotel, and half of the second hotels deposit. When I went back and read all Flights Nest fine print it said they would email final confirmation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They post low prices but do not direct book your flight at the time you pay with your credit card. Then they do not respond or let you know that your reservation never went thru and don't answer emails! I have booked well over 100 flights and this was the first and last with Flights Nest. They ruined this trip and cost us over $400 in cancellation fees for the car rental and hotels. There was zero response from Flights Nest.

However upon receiving your booking on September 15th 2021 we tried calling you on the number you provided ending with xxx 7298 on September 15th & the following day as well but unfortunately when we called your number it went on voicemail every time and it gave us a message that your voice mail box is full, We sent you couple of emails as well saying immediate call back required but we couldn't reach you on time to inform you that your card was declined from the bank at the time of making booking as it gave us a message saying unauthorized transaction for the booking you made under reservation number FN-22144779 and by the time we reached you the price for the flights was no longer available as I am sure begin frequent traveler you know it even that the flights prices are very dynamic and can change anytime. For the Last one and a half years in business , we have made customer satisfaction as our main priority and we are trying our best every other day to improve our customer services as good as it can be for each and every customer belong to us. In the mean time thank you for reviewing us and if you ever return, we would be happy to serve you again in near future for your travel plans in more better & more rewarding way by giving you best offers and promotional vouchers for your next future travel.
