Henry Dawson is a life saver
I came across flightsnest while searching for tickets to attend a family member that suddenly died funeral in Florida with my two girls and husband next weekend. The fares listed on the airline sites were way above our budget for a weekend trip from Newyork. I was very skeptical at first but I called the the number listed and I spoke to Henry Dawson. I told him of my issues and he worked with me in getting us tickets on a Delta flight to Florida to be able to attend the funeral. It wasn’t the price listed on the website but it was better than the prices that were advertised by the airlines for the period we needed to travel. I am very happy I came across this travel agency. You should try them if you are ever in a binder. Dawson was a great help in the process. I received our flight information today and we are all set to go!

Dont do it
They leave fake prices up on their website to lure consumers into booking their flights. Once your whole trip is booked, youll eventually get an email stating.. “that price is no longer available”. Then you will have to pay whatever money they request, something around the price of booking the flight one day before, or you have to cancel.

I would give Henry Dawson 10 stars!!
I would give Henry Dawson 10 stars if it were an option! I only had to speak to him twice and he answered immediately both times, no waiting! He was kind and efficient and was able to solve our travel issues at the first try. Thank you so much Henry! I am definitely calling you when I next have travel plans!

I will like to take this opportunity to thank Jenny Smith for her great customer service in helping me and my family to secure airlines tickets for our trip. I have been dealing with different airlines and company’s for days without getting anywhere. But Jenny was able to help and resolve my issue in no time. She was very professional and curious and made me very comfortable to work with. I will love to do business with her in the near future.

Great experience …
The site was user friendly along with the pricing. But the customer service by far exceeds expectation! The representative I was fortunate to have was kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Henry for helping us get to Orlando.
