Bait and Switch

I locked in on the advertised price… thinking that it would be confirmed…I received an email to call and confirm. Now I’m hearing a lot of other reps talking in the background to possibly other potential victims, like they’re in a boiler room (red flag)! You shouldn’t hear other people in the background, almost drowning out the reps voice you’re speaking with, like it’s causing a purpose distraction towards you! Just within hours after booking, what I thought was my set price, and calling to confirm my reservation, the prices jumped up to almost another $300 extra, if not more! Well hell… I might as well go through Expedia..etc..for immediate booking for roughly the same price! Won’t be using this site again! You’re tricked into thinking you’re getting a good deal, but all you’re hearing is chatterboxing in the background..

Dear Mr McGvyr , Thanks for sharing your feedback and we are very sorry to hear that you are not satisfied. Firstly we couldn't find you in our system please give us the the booking reference number so that we can serve you more better. I understand that this sound very frustrating and disappointing but we unfortunately can't do much about it as the prices and policies are governed by the airlines and they have full rights to withdraw any fares/policies at any given time under disclaimer section provided by them to the travel agencies. Secondly since the fares are governed by the airlines not by us or any travel agency and the reason you see bait n switch thing because you expect a 200 USD ticket when the actual cost of a ticket is 1000 USD or more offered by the airlines. We have clearly mentioned on our website that incase if prices are not available then you are free to cancel your request or to upgrade your flights which still at least would be like 20-30 percent discounted tickets lower than what you actually get with the airlines and in your reference to Expedia question we are pity sure that they are offering a same price as airlines and we still can get you 30-40 percent discounted tickets on the ticket prices that you can see.
