BUYER BEWARE! Be careful when booking. My co workers and I booked flights to a conference with Flights Nest. All 3 of us had our credit card information compromised. I was notified by my credit card company and had to cancel my card. Purchases of over $1,500 were put on my card without my authorization. After contacting Flights Nest I was told it wasn’t their fault. Which seems strange as all 3 of us had our cards compromised. I wrote a review here on Trust Pilot about my experience and was instantly contacted and asked to take my review down or they would cancel the flight I booked with them. I felt harassed. I responded that I would like a refund. They said if I took down my review I would get my refund. I still have not received it.

We Sincerely apologize that we did not exceed the standards and didn't meet your expectations as sometimes the situation gets beyond our reach because of the sudden changes in the prices and policies governed by the airlines. I understand that this sounds very frustrating and disappointing but we unfortunately can't do much about it as the prices and policies are governed by the airlines and they have full rights to withdraw any fares/policies at any given time under the disclaimer section provided by them to the travel agencies. However it goes without saying that you would prefer your customer to discuss issues with you in person, but even an overly emotional online review might contain a bit of insight. Negative feedback can shine light on blind spots and be a wake-up call for you and your team.
