I booked a flight on the website and Harris called to let me know that I was going to be a standby flight. He did try and work with me but unfortunately, I was unable to take any other flights. Harris and Iris were very kind to give me a refund due to this issue even though the flight was non-refundable. They did not have to do that, and they did. Amazing job Harris and Iris.
