Ruby Cooper

Ruby and Dyson helped me with an issue and were able to make a one time exception so this ticket could be cancelled. I travel with oxygen and this flight there were no carry ons allowed

I called back to ipsa and everything was fixed and taken care of exactly as I wanted it.

Evelyn and Samayra are the best!!! My ticket was canceled in no time!!
