Excellent service by jeffery

john parker was very helpful. the service was excellent

Excellent services, Mr Harry Smith understood my request and responded all my question in a very professional way plus I got the prices desire for my flight, I will be recommending Flightsbirds to my friends and family from now one. I will be looking forward to do more business with this firm Flightsbird in the future, Regards Pedro L Mogrovejo

The airline changed prices without notice and a rep from Flightsbird called immediately, accommodated us by keeping the advertised prices and then followed up the next day to let me know my bank declined the charge (needed to approved on my end, new card/bank). When I spoke with Shane numerous times, the promised and honored all things we discussed included the price, and was very prompt in taking care of our tickets. He was very professional and delivered a high quality service. Thank you so much Shane!! This was a surprise vacation for my boyfriend - he still doesn't know. :)

John Parker was excellent, very excited to be traveling on my up coming trip. Looking forward to doing more business with Flightsbird in the near future
