This site is horrible. They bait and switch constantly. You will see a great price but when you go to pay or even after, they will say that price has changed. It is better to just deal with a reputable site with the fare that you are going to pay from the get-go. My fair jumped up over $60 each ticket! Ridiculous. And the customer service is foreign and non-helpful.

Bait and switch! We were confirmed and ticketed on one price and then they called and proceeded to tell me those tickets were unavailable and it would cost more for completely different flights that we didn’t want. She did this all while acting like she was doing me a favor. It was actually laughable. Complete bait and switch tactic.

would not recommend this company to anyone. do not honor their prices on their website.

I am extremely disappointed in Flightsbird. I booked a quick trip from SFO - LA (Friday 4/6 - Sunday 4/8). The plan was to fly out late Friday night, 4/6. Few problems... This flight was booked on 3/15. The site confirmed that I should receive an e-ticket confirmation to check into my flight within 48 hours of my planned trip. On 4/6, I never got the confirmation. I had to call their customer service line to retrieve the email. Get's better.. due to unforeseen weather conditions, United Airlines cancelled my Friday flight and re-booked my flight to late Saturday night. I made plans to be in Malibu at 11am so needed to get there asap. My first thought was to call Flightsbird to see if they are able to rebook my flight to either an earlier time Friday evening or early Saturday morning. Boy, was I wrong! They argued that my flight was not cancelled and proceeded to tell me that I was looking in the wrong place. (It was definitely cancelled, took them 20 minutes to figure that I was right). Their customer service rep said she was going to get back to me and let me know what she can do. While I was waiting, I called United Airlines to see if there were any flights available for Friday night. (There was none available). I called Flightsbird back and asked if it's possible to put me on a different airline or get a refund. They told me that it was not possible since the airline already updated my itinerary. I mention that I had plans to be somewhere at 11am so it doesn't make any sense for me to fly at 10:35pm Saturday night. Basically since my ticket is non-refundable, there was nothing that they can do and was told to called United Airlines for a refund. Personally, this is bad customer service. I ended up calling United Airlines back and told them of my situation. They were able to accomodate and re-booked my flight with another airline to ensure I get into LA at a reasonable time. All in all, customers should never go through this scenario. I get that flights get cancelled all the time but I never thought it was going to be handled in this manner.

Would not recommend. I got a flight confirmation then an email saying they had lost my deal because i did not answer a phone call...i never received a phone call. I then had to call for them to tell me that it was actually $100 more. I fell into the trap since it still seemed cheaper than what I was seeing on other sites at the moment, however I then saw them drastically drop their prices again. Kayak also showed me better prices a week later with the option to book directly from the airline. I checked my Flightsbird reservation on United Airlines and the price had not changed!! My flight was bought just as cheap by the travel agency and they charged me an additional $100 fee just for themselves - not the airline. Ridiculous.

This business sells tickets for seats they don't have, in the hope that it will become vacant. I purchased 1st class tickets on an extended flight due to a medical condition only to find when I got the tickets that I was in coach. In trying to deal with their "support" line, the first thing I was told was that *I* had made a mistake and that what I paid for was what I got. After emailing the receipt stating that it was 1st class and then the ticket that I got, they offered a refund that came no where close to making up the difference in cost. This bird is an ostrich... flightless.

My reservation was cancelled despite sending the credit card authorization within two hours of the request. No explanation.

Not happy did me a option to add luggage I have no clue what to do and where I get my tickets
