Update: I received a follow-up phone call from a helpful representative who offered a solution instead of playing the blame game. Within a few hours of the call, I received a ticket for the same dates and itinerary at no extra cost to me. I appreciate the effort and action taken to reduce the earlier hassle and set things right. ------------------ They cancelled a confirmed reservation without notifying me. I found out that I did not have a reservation, 2 days before the scheduled departure on Thanksgiving weekend. The customer representative instead argued that she has proof that a cancellation email was sent on the same day as the confirmation email. I asked to resend the same email so I can see if indeed I missed it on the said date. After claiming this, she wanted to check with her support if she can send "the proof" and I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. They sent a cancellation email to me while I was on hold which obviously had no timestamp from 2 months ago and was generated the time I was on hold. The representative went on to say why did I decide to check my flight status now and not two months ago!! Extremely poor operations and customer service, never trusting them again! Thanks for ruining my holiday.

I must say, Ms. Myra, was very helpful and very patient with me in assisting me with all of my concerns and issues. Will look for Flightsbirg in the future for my travel needs.

Good service. Got $30 discount on each ticket. My ticket was not confirmed and eventually got cancelled by the airline. Flightsbird had to reprocess the ticket (for the same price). It took multiple calls to resolve the issues, but customer service team was responsive. John & Ron answered all my questions, recreated itinerary and finally issued my tickets. While waiting for the confirmation, i didn't get any tracking number, which was little frustrating. I had to wait for a day just by taking their word. However, it ended up fine.

The price of my tickets were great. The only complaint I have is that twice I had to call to make changes because my flight information was incorrect and I was overcharged. They were able to fix these errors though within a few days.
