Do not book through this website. I booked a trip for December 28- January 2nd through their website. I did not get an email with any confirmation. Instead I got an email stating there was an issue with my payment. I then called got the payment issue resolved and still did not get my flight information. I called American Airlines who instructed me to get the booking ID from Flightsbird so they can load my flight into my AA Advantage account. I called Flightsbird and was provided the booking ID. I then called AA back and they were able to load my flight. Once this happened I was able to see that my flight dates were incorrect. I also seen they had a booked a an additional flight for me on a different date from Miami to New York when my flights were for Detroit to Miami and back. Anyway, they refused to refund my money or change my flight. Please do not use this third party flight booking website. It is a scam and good luck trying to deal with customer service in India where you will not understand what they are saying. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.

I booked a flight 3 days ago they charged my card then today wrote and said the reservation has been canceled. DO NOT use them - Now it's less than 14 days till I fly and the price has almost doubled. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. - they are scammers

They gave me a price, confirmed and then called and tried to sell me the same flight for 200.00 more or cancelled. I cancelled the flight and went and booked another for 300.00, about 60.00 more than their original number. Beware--Bait and Switch!

This company is a complete ripoff -- do not do business with this outfit. I booked a trip for my family to California for the Christmas holiday. A work commitment came up and I needed to change my flight. Of course, I would need to pay the airline's change fee plus any difference in the fare. I called up the airline to find out about availability for a substitution (there was availability) and the fare (only slightly more than what I had paid Flightbird). The airline told me it would be much cheaper to call the agency than to buy a new ticket.i I then immediately called Flightbird, and after being put on hold for almost an hour(!), I was quoted a change charge that was almost double what I had paid for the initial ticket, and well over what the airline had told me that a new ticket would cost even without any credit for the ticket that I had already ought through Flightbird. I was finally transferred to a supervisor, who then quoted me a price that was lower than what the line agent had proposed (supposedly after consultation with a superior),but double what the airline had said the combination of the change fee plus the fare differential would be. What a bunch of sleazebags and time-wasters.

I booked my ticket online, first I got my confirmation number but after some hours they send me an email that there is a problem with the ticket. I call the costumer service and they tried to sell me another ticket for 100$ more. I got the price a little bit more down so I took it. After waiting 48 hours and many conversations with the costumers service I still don’t have any ticket. The manager is unhelpful and gave me a new price 400$ higher than the original one! I spend probably 4 hours in the last 3 days calling this website. And my boyfriend is still waiting for his eticket... I warned you.

I have booked tickets with more then 100 travel agents in my life, I have never accounted anything even remotely as unprofessional as this company I do not want to go into details as i do not have all day to list them all. But i only want to repeat what the agent at the airport told me after seeing the amount of mess ups with my seating and luggage etc.-PLEASE DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT USE THIS TRAVEL AGENT COMPANY ANY MORE IN YOUR LIFE.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!! The customer service is horrible and rude. My flight was canceled due to bad weather in July and it is now September and I have yet to receive my money back although the airline has processed a refund in August. IT IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE OR AGGRAVATION TO USE THIS "COMPANY". For all of those who are saying the company is great during purchase, I HOPE YOU DON'T HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR PURCHASE BECAUSE YOU WILL THEN EXPERIENCE WHAT I AM SPEAKING OF. DON'T DO IT!

This site is horrible. They bait and switch constantly. You will see a great price but when you go to pay or even after, they will say that price has changed. It is better to just deal with a reputable site with the fare that you are going to pay from the get-go. My fair jumped up over $60 each ticket! They were aggressive in there dealings with me and when I questioned them, they suddenly dropped the rate to $35 per ticket increase, but when I insisted they honor the original price they wouldn't budge. I ended up cancelling the flight.
