I have not taken my flight yet but when I called, the customer service was very helpful. It's not your traditional flight booking experience but there were no problems and they were very kind. I entered in the wrong expiration date at booking and John was able to help me sort it out over the phone and keep the same price for my flight. After he sent my information to re-book, he gave me a follow up call to confirm as he said he would.

I was assisted by John for cancellation of my flight ticket within 24 hours. Even though it was non-refundable ticket, he understood my situation and agreed to work out a refund for the whole amount without penalty. They will refund me in full within a couple of days which is awesome. This was a generous gesture and I'm hella relieved! Thank you.

Samuel Samson was very knowledge in answering our questions while booking our flights on Saturday January 20, 2018. He was also very conscientious and caring in helping us solve the problem of receiving a delayed confirmation. On January 24 today he carefully followed up with us and United Airlines in obtaining our e-tickets and reserving our seats on both July 25 departure flight from Newark and the July 29 returning flight to Newark. We will also complete our United one-pass questionnaire about the favorable experience we had with Samuel Samson and your company . God bless you with many more pleased customers.
