First of all this is my first time using this site. I got an incredible fare for my flight, even though it was a little bit higher than what was posted on their page, but if this all goes well with final confirmation & payment (as I'm reading all the negative comments now) I will be using them again for sure in the near future. Thank you Mr. John Parker for providing a very comfortable customer service experience.

Thank you Flightsbird for helping me to avoid a $400 fee and providing great customer service when I needed to change my reservation! I am forever grateful for everything you did to help me with making my initial reservation and helping me when I was forced to change my flight.

I am not pleased with the website. It changed my flight and I paid without knowing for a completely different flight. Might be my fault but... What happened after was what I am giving 5 stars for. The customer service was excellent. Tom Lincoln was able to work with me and get me the flight I needed. Mr. Lincoln was more than patient and understanding and I cant thank him enough!

Ron was able to help me out a lot
