I booked a flight based on my needs, I did not received a confirmation email so I called the 1800 number. A very nice man named Santo answered and told me that the flight I booked was not available and that’s why I didn’t get the confirmation email. Told me about another option but it was not working with my schedule, I was about to cancel and then he was eager to check for me other options, so I gave him a chance to look something up for me, he gave me another option but again it did not work with my schedule, I this time I was about to give up and cancel and start looking somewhere else, then he is like “give me another 2 mins” … you know how it feels when they say that, right? … well Santo was able to get me a flight that worked even better for me. It was a little more $$ but reasonable. He walked me through, checked passengers information and since I was working he offered to return my call once he was done on his end. Then he called me and explains the details on the flight, gave a confirmation number… he went above and beyond with my request.
