Shipped in a reasonable time frame. Cane works, little awkward but maybe it just takes time getting use to it and using it properly.

The FlexSTICK does 'feel' different than any other cane on the market, as it is truly unique. It is similar to when cars began having power steering. Many people didn't like the 'squishy' feeling and swore they'd never drive a car with power steering. When you lean on a FlexSTICK for the first time, the 'give' is very different than the rigidity of all other canes. However, like power steering, once you become accustomed to the feel, you actually have more control and stability than other canes, not to mention the comfort! It also noteworthy to mention that the 'feel' is customizable, adjusting the feel from soft, to regular, firm and extra firm, depending on your balance & comfort needs.
