I bought 2 of these canes for 2 ladies. One has Parkinson's and we found that the Flexstick was dangerous. She trips on the tri-pod, so waste of money. The other recipient, 92-yr-old likes it somewhat but still reverts back to her old cane. Both ladies don't feel secure using them. Over all, Flexsticks are very lovely to look at but not too effective and they are very expensive.
