Bought my third Flexsteel sofa. First on was great, second one was reclining and stopped working after 8 years. Third, just purchased was also a recliner, it was broken on delivery. Soft tweed fabric is piling badly within one month. I can no longer recommend this product.

We have a new sofa and love seat, custom ordered. It arrived today with the center legs over 3/4 inch above the floor (level, plank). The sofa is not supposed to pivot on the middle so a slight gap is called out in their literature and is appropriate. Ours is 3/4 of an inch. They have repeatedly told me that is normal. While looking at the underside, I also found that the frame is OSB plywood with gaps in gluing, structure and board composition. This was an expensive and disappointing lesson.

I bought one of these last December...7 months ago. $3,000+ purchase supposed to last a lifetime and the springs already went out. I'm disabled and this thing has completely wrecked my body. I've never been in so much pain in my entire life. The local place I bought it from says the whole time the guy has been there he has only had them REPLACE one 3 times. Oh they will order stronger smaller replacement springs and that will hold longer/better. Perhaps they should use those to begin with??? Unlike other times in my life, I can't just go buy another chair and put this one on the corner. Now I'm stuck w this expensive purchase and 23 days later still waiting on the springs to the store. The quality is poor and they don't even honor their warranty.

We bought a Flexsteel recliner and the first one delivered had a misaligned rocking mechanism. So, they decided another one. After only a few months all the electrical features stopped working. The repair technician ordered several parts and took nearly 3 months and still has not been able to fix it. I’m trying to get a new recliner delivered but that is still in the works. It’s harder than it should be. I do not recommend Flexsteel! 😬👎

We purchased a set of furniture from a retailer in Hagerstown MD. They said it would be there in 6 weeks, maybe 8 weeks. Now it is 14 weeks after it was bought and paid for, and this retailer claims Flexsteel is at fault for not making the product available. When we called Flexsteel customer service, they would not tell us anything about the order. This is poor customer service. Retailer was Tim's Furniture Mart

Purchased a sofa and for the past 2 years the reclining metal mechanism broke in two places. I have contacted Flex steel with no help. They wanted me to have the sofa evaluated by their repair personnel from a thousand miles away. They refused to Honor their warranty. I call them to remedy the problem but they do not answer the phone. I would recommend not purchasing any of their products.

I purchased a $1700 Flexsteel recliner two years ago. The seat broke down and sagged on the right. I also bought a five year Guardian furniture protection plan which denied to cover the problem. I threw $1700 right out the window.

From a few weeks after receiving my couch, which was $3500 it was the oasis couch, which is a full leather couch. The couch comes with Massage feature and heated lumbar but you can’t feel any heat have had multiple service calls on the Couch from day one the left side of the couch is in operable have had three or four service calls and the left section has broken three or four times and does not raise the foot rest, we are very frustrated. The couch is constantly broken with waiting a month or two for each individual port. I highly recommend not buying a couch from Flexsteel Flexsteel was contacted. They are willing to do nothing. Thank God I took an extended warranty which I paid $500 for my couch is still currently broken and we have been waiting since February is now May for. Another new switch for the left side that still has not been working. I cannot afford to waste $3500 but I wish I could throw the couch out. We now on the couch for one and a half years and at least 75% of the time it has been broken Flexsteel does nothing to help you
