FlexiHub provided me with the easiest remote access service. It is an ideal software with a friendly interface, quick installation, and access to all devices connected to my home computer. I was able to expand my work environment using this software. All I had to do was install FlexiHub into the devices that I needed for my project and I had an excellent remote control of my home PC via my laptop.

I've been relying on FlexiHub for more than 4 years, and it has always working flawlessly. This software has become indispensable in my role in customer support, particularly for the thorough testing of USB devices. I wholeheartedly endorse the product and applaud their top-notch customer service. Thank you.

No fuss, no hassle, in switching from one of their products to another, crediting the amount I had remaining on one subscription to the new one. Usually something like this is a long, drawn-out affair, but not here.

So upon further emails flexihub are now saying that i do not qualify for a refund even with thier lack of support after 3 - 4 days a reply at a time they claim thier service to be fast however across 2 different networks its super slow and does not live up to the expectations that they claim it to be fast access slower than dial up now i see the reason this company needs to run under multiple names DONGLIFY FLEXIHUB USBGATE complete con DO NOT TRUST AT ALL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTACES EVEN THIER 7 DAY TRIAL RAN OUT BEFORE THE 7 DAYS

Mohammed, thanks for sharing your experience! We apologize for the delayed replies. It may take our support agents some extra time to process incoming requests. The refund request can only be approved if we cannot fix the bug promptly or if the software is faulty. Which is not the case. FlexiHub data transfer speed depends on your network configuration, modem or router settings, and such. We have supplied you with the instructions that will help fix the issue. USB Network Gate and Donglify are other products made by our team that share a similar concept but differ in use cases and functionality. The FlexiHub demo account remains active for 30 days (not 7) or until you use up all 5 demo sessions. We are sorry that FlexiHub did not work for your right of the box due to network issues. Still, our support department will be happy to help you set FlexiHub up.

BECAREFUL EVERYONE. DO NOT ENTER YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY SAY FREE AND THEN BANG YOU EVEN IF THE SOLUTION DID NOT WORK FOR YOU. ALL THEIR SOLUTIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED TO WORK. THEY ONLY TOUCH YOUR MIND BY THE CONCEPT OF SHARING USB. See Joseph published comments on Capterra Please every one spread the awareness

Hi Al! Thanks for sharing your review. To avoid such misunderstandings, our service offers a free demo trial. It does NOT require a credit card to be entered. There are thousands of USB devices and we are not able to test every one of them, unfortunately. That's why we offer a fully functional demo. During the demo, you can test FlexiHub fully without any functional restrictions and check how it works with your setup. The Refund Policy can be viewed on our website: https://www.flexihub.com/terms-of-service/

FlexiHub is the only way that I would be able to effectively navigate Navisworks using a 3D mouse peripheral. Great tool to have during this time of working remote.
