There are thousands of USB devices and we are not able to test every one of them, unfortunately. That's why we offer a fully functional demo. Neither do we withdraw the payment in case the trial was canceled during the first 7 days of the subscription. Perhaps you have created several FlexiHub subscriptions, and one of them was not canceled in time. Our support team strives to address every ticket within the first 48 hours. Also, we are always replying to every inquiry on Facebook. As for the malware, we can assure you that every FlexiHub build hosted on our official website does not contain any and is safe for use.
