I don't like being forced to purchase a quantity that I don't need. I'm paying a lot for shipping. It only cost maybe $10.00 to ship and you are charging me $25.00.

I was able to get the exact product I needed.

I have had many problems with different electric screwdrivers purchased from Flexible Assembly. My only option is to send these in for service at the manufacturer even though some have only been months old. I've changed models and brands based on recommendations from you and have not had good luck with these other choices. Your web site continues to show items that appear to be in stock but when I try to order I'm told they are not. I cancelled an order once I was told it was backordered and it I needed more quickly. My Credit Card was billed for the order anyway including the shipping and I haven't been credited for this 3 weeks later.

The dumpster prop does not fit onto any the 3 dumpsters I needed it for. The bottom rest is to small and the top does not hold on well.

Was able to get the parts need to repair our screw presenter. More stars would be given if the part would of arrived sooner.

Great piece of equipment, and was delivered 2 weeks prior to the date that I was originally given for when I would see the item.
