More Cons than Pros
They help with the cash flow but are TERRIBLE at following up to find out if your invoice has been received. If I get an email from a client and they are asking for paperwork, I forward that email to FRFG and I ALWAYS receive an email back with "I already sent that, but I'll send it again" They also don't chase invoices until they are 40 days +. I have had to tell them when a clients process of invoices changes because they don't have the manpower (their words not mine) to verify each clients process of receiving invoices. They also said they don't have the manpower to follow up on the receipt of invoices they send. When you call them to clarify a problem between them and a client, they talk down to you as if you were a child. Their excuse is ALWAYS..."no other factor company chases invoices or keeps up with every companies invoice processing." They also don't send you a NOA (Notice Of Assignment) to send to your clients in advance of you hauling a load and factoring it...it would end a great deal of confusion. Not every person in a clients office is going to know what to do with an NOA so if you send it to the accounting department directly prior to factoring a load so they are prepared, it would save a lot of problems down the road.

Hi Barbara- Thank you for the feedback. We work in the same way that many other factoring companies do in regards to collecting on your freight invoices. We send an NOA with EVERY invoice to all brokers and shippers. Our team is extremely diligent in billing and collecting on your behalf. We are very thorough on following up with the brokers as it is in both of our interests to have your invoices paid in a timely manner. Our Processing Manager, Amanda, would be happy to chat with you any time to address your concerns further.
