Giving customer service should not include you dictate where fuel can be bought or where I have to spend MY money.

Hi Kenny-Our fuel card program gives you great discounts within our network of fuel chains. Please keep in mind it is actually OUR money since we give you a line of credit to work with. If you fuel outside of our network, you save nothing and we make no money. Would you haul freight for free? If you would like to use our fuel cards outside of our network, you can simply pre-fund your account and your cards will be accepted anywhere you like.

Can not see discounts
Can not see discounts. Only discount I'm aware of are the 3 major fuel stops. Do not have admin status of my own account.

Hi John-Sorry to hear of your concerns. Our fuel card program IS different than you will find elsewhere in our industry. I am not sure what you mean by "Can not see discounts". You have set discounts that you receive at our in-network fuel chains. We also send you a Credit Memo at the beginning of every month that shows you exactly how much you saved. In September alone you saved 20¢ on every gallon you purchased totaling $311.43! They are often higher discounts than you can get with other fuel card programs and are issued on a monthly basis as a rebate. Plus you get a weekly line of credit so you don't need to pre-fund your account like many other programs. We have a stellar client services team to assist with any questions and manage your account. We understand you have many other options that will provide diesel fuel discounts and we sincerely appreciate your business.

Shady dealing
Shady dealing. Undisclosed scamming tactics. Very manipulative and unprofessional. Will never do business with you again . Good luck .
