Don’t explain the process upfront very…don’t do it
They Don’t explain the process upfront very well and the fuel account was shut because we didn’t use it the way they felt ?! Again no instructions upfront.. our issue was that we were in violation of a policy we had no knowledge of and instead of speaking to us prior to shutting the cards off they abruptly shut them off !!! The set up process and instructions along with do s and Dont’s are seriously lacking !! An apology would be nice ...

Our diesel fuel discount program offers a line of credit for diesel fuel and it is likely your account was shut down as a result of misuse or non-payment of your invoice. If your payments are returned for insufficient funds this will also result in your cards being shut off. We make money when our clients purchase diesel fuel and we would only deactivate fuel cards with good reason. You are welcome to call me at 313-228-3938 if you feel your cards were shut off unfairly.
