I have purchased 3 pair of shoes from this website. The 1st and 2nd order no issues. Merchandise arrived with 7 days. I made a 3rd purchase on 8/20. FedEx tracking has been saying the item is out for delivery since 8/25. I emailed Flashybox and they were very responsive but not willing to reship the item and honor its probably lost in transit. They want me to call the courier, tell me I didn't choose to get a signature when delivered. Wth...it was never delivered. I really, really like the shoes I ordered and just want them..I am very disappointed as I know the shipping issues are beyond their control but as a business you should appease your customer. Hi Maria, We are very sorry that your recent experience was not what you have come to expect from Flashybox! This is understandably a frustrating situation, thank you for bringing it to our attention! When situations like this arise, we greatly appreciate the feedback and we always take the opportunity to improve! We just had a web developer go through the website and make dozens of site improvements; resolving countless issues customers had brought to our attention, including a tip section at checkout. See all the new changes at flashybox.com! We have also been hard at work improving our customer service and we would love one more chance to make things right with you! If you are open to it, please reach out to [email protected] with the best way to directly reach you, and we will make sure that a different customer service representative assists you. Thank You, Flashybox Customer Service Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM PST

I purchased a pair of shoes from flashybox but the shoes was cut small so I wanted a refund of my money. I made the purchase through after pay so when I returned the product flashy box gave me a partial store credit and I still had to pay the full amount of the shoes to after pay. Flashybox basically robbed me because the received the product back from me and I had to double pay for those shoes. I will never shop at flashybox ever again

Our policy can be found on our website that does indicate eligible returns are processed to store credit and that shipping fees are non-refundable. Our store credit does not expire. You received a discount for the pair of shoes, we provided the amount you paid for the shoes minus the shipping fee. It is not double paying, You are required to pay AfterPay per the contract you agreed to with them and you can then use the store credit towards the same pair in a different size or you can use it towards anything else on our site.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. I ORDERED SOME SHOES AND THEY CAME BACK TWO DIFFERENT SIZES. COME TO FIND OUT THEY DIDNT HAVE THE SIZE I WANTED IN STOCK. THEY TOOK FOREVER TO SEND ME MY MONEY BACK! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY BARLEY RESPOND BACK TO YOUR EMAIL. THE NUMBER THEY HAVE ON FILE, NOBODY NEVER ANSWERS IT. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

We apologize for any misunderstanding along the way of this being processed. I see we responded to all your emails in a timely manner, within a few minutes of receiving up to 24 hours aside from any emails we receive on a weekend when we were closed. We provided a return label for you to ship the defective pair back and we did disclose that once received back our returns take 3-7 business days to process and your order was fully refunded on day four.

So I was skeptical about ordering from here because of all the reviews. But I decided to see for myself, and Yayy!! I’m telling you , if you like something on that website just order it, don’t go off of the bad reviews. Trust me!!I got my purse today and I love it.. It got here fast and it’s just like the picture. The quality feels good but only time will tell. I will be ordering from them again, maybe tonight.
