2/5/21-I had been looking for a particular pair of pumps everywhere and could not find them. I came across this website, flashy box that I had never heard of. I wanted the shoes so bad that I didn’t think twice! I immediately purchased them. After I made the purchase is when I begin to second guess my desperate actions. I decided to look further into this company and website. I found that the majority of the reviews were negative and warnings to NOT purchase from the site. I immediately beat myself up for not thinking or reading the reviews first. I felt immediately that I had made a mistake and would be scammed. I didn’t know what to do as I REALLY REALLY wanted these fishnet pumps. I found an email for for flashy box customer service and reached out. Explaining I was a new customer who had just made a purchase but was skeptical after reading the poor reviews and I just wanted to confirm that they were a legitimate company and that I was praying for a good experience as I really wanted these shoes. To my surprise they replied the next day informing me that my order was being processed assured me my items would be shipped and provided me with a confirmation #. I placed the order on 1/30 my shoes arrived yesterday 2/4 and THEY ARE EVERYTHING I EXPECTED!! I am so pleased with my experience. The communication and response to my inquiry, the emailed order updates on packaging and shipping process and the time frame in which I received my order it all has been a great experience. I am a shoe dazzle girl since 2012 and a just fab shoe shopper and if I can be honest flashy box beat them both with service and speedy delivery. So again I encourage you to try for yourself. It starts out good for the first few orders then all of a sudden you get that order that tells you, YOUR ORDER IS WAITING FOR PICKUP SOMEWHERE ITS NOT SUPPOSE TO BE BECAUSE THATS NOT THE ADDRESS I PUT ON MY PACKAGE!!! 9 ORDERS TO THE SAME ADDRESS AND NOW I HAVE TO GO PICK UP MY ORDER SOMEWHERE!!! WHY??? WHY??? WHAT IS PRVENTING IT FROM COMING TO MY HOME ADDRESS THE WAY ALL THE OTHERS DID??? AND ALL THEY KEEP SAYING IS SORRY MA'AM YOUR ORDER IS WAITING FOR YOU, GO TO YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE!!! IT IS NOOOOT THERE BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY DID NOT SEND ANYTHING. THERE IS AN ADDRESS ON MY ORDER THAT DOES NOT EVEN BELONG TO ME!!! HOW DID IT GET THERE FLASHYBOX HUH HOW?!!! A P.O. BOX THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH ME. YOU KNOW WHAT FLASHBOX TOLD ME, AND I QUOTE....."I'm sorry, we don't deliver to P.O. boxes" WHAAAAAT???? HOW ABOUT I DO NOT HAVE A P.O. BOX FLASHYBOX AND I DIDN'T PUT THAT ON ANY ORDER OF MINE!!! FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!! YOU KNOW WHAT MY OPINION IS ABOUT THAT??? IF YOU'RE LIKE ME AND DO NOT LEAVE A TIP AT THE END OF YOUR ORDER, WHICH I THINK IS UTTERLY REEEEEDIIIIICULOUS!!!!!! BY THE WAY!!!!. THEY WILL LET YOU MAKE AN ORDER, THEN JUST KEEP YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU THE OLD " YOUR PACKAGE IS WAITING FOR PICKUP" LINE, BECAUSE THEY FEEL ENTITLED TO A TIP YOU NEVER GAVE THEM!!! SO THEY STEEEEEEEEEAL IT!!! "ALLEGEDLY" I WIIIIIIILL BE REPORTING YOUR "ALLEGED" BUSINESS PRACTICES TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND YOU ENJOY THAT $54 BECAUSE YOUR LOSING HUNDREDS FROM YET ANOTHER GOOD CUSROMER THAT WILL NOOOOT BE BACK PERIOTTTT!!!

Great shopping experience! I’m very happy with my new rhinestone sneakers and rhinestone sunnies. I received my delivery very fast (within 3 days)! I will definitely shop again. Mario, was my new rep. and he went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you again, Mario! I’m very pleased.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER ?

There were poorly made. Folds, missing rhinestones and lifts.

Zero stars would be more appropriate! Ordered almost a month ago and these liars refuse to respond now! This company needs to be shut down! Customer service sucks as well! People work hard for their money and to be taken advantage of is unacceptable! F*** Flashy trash box!

Customer service, & communication is terrible! My item hasn’t been shipped yet...and there is no info about it
