Not good at providing invoices
Need to send invoices with coat and payment shown. Very difficult to pay for them because they don't provide proper paper work

When requesting the price on multiple quantities and/or styles, it is common for us to provide the price list and breakdown prior to making a formal quote. This eliminates the possibility of paying for and receiving the wrong order. In order to help us provide you with better service, we need to have sufficient information to be able to quote properly. We do see here you have ordered multiple times and we definitely appreciate your business.
