Beautiful lights and excellent customer service!
I’ll admit, after placing my order I came across some rather worrying reviews about this company, which made me extremely nervous about whether my lights would actually arrive! I contacted customer services regarding the delivery and tracking information, and I have to say, Sophie was absolutely lovely. She responded promptly to every email, was polite, reassuring and genuinely helpful throughout. Although there was some confusion surrounding the tracking information and delivery took a little longer than I initially expected, my lights arrived and they are absolutely beautiful! The quality and appearance have exceeded my expectations, and they look stunning in my newly decorated lounge. I’m genuinely delighted with them! I think it’s only fair to share positive experiences as well as negative ones, particularly when a company has received some concerning reviews. Thank you, Sophie, for your patience and assistance. I’m one very happy customer! ❤️ Wish I could post pictures of lights in my lounge!!!
