Please do not order from this company, i ordered a mirror in July and have still not received it. When i chase up the order they keep saying they are looking into it but nothing it being done. When i have asked for a refubd they keep asking for more time.

I am a victim to this company they took all my money I have reported them to the police

It’s a scam I feel victimised I have reported to the police and my family and friends and family I have been crying as I had to cancel card to ensure no further transactions

DO NOT ORDER from this company. I received my order to find a part missing. I was also under the impression from the Website I would receive 2 lights given they are called twinAura lights as the images show 2, you expect x2 but no you just get 1. After 5 Emails to request a full refund I still havent received the label they keep telling they are preparing. I believe the messages you get are just AI replies as they all read pretty much the same. Please DO NOT ORDER from here

Do not order from this company ! Paid for a mirror that cost over £200 in June and still not received it. Communication is poor and although I have requested a refund as I have not received my order I have not received one as yet. I have repeatedly been thanked for my patience and have even been offered a discount on any future orders, unbelievable! Do not touch this company with a barge pole ! They take your money and do not send your order

I would advise people to avoid this company at all costs. I ordered LED rechargeable lamps on 5 July, and after a number of phone calls, emails, etc, with no reply whatsoever I put it in the hands of my bank, who today advised me that they have successfully got me a full refund.

Scam company AI generated website. I live in Sheffield and so visited the address detailed on the website but no business there! I ordered a mirror over three weeks ago now and nothing received, it wasn’t cheap either being just under £200. I have called and emailed with no response at all. I have raised a dispute case with my bank but going by the reviews here I’m not holding out hope of getting my money back. I’m shocked that this can happen, they are advertising on social media platforms they have 4.8 stars in reviews. Do not buy from them

Scam. Didn't send the products and didn't respond to any messages. Avoid!!
