My initial communication reply was a bit vague and slow. I decided to cancel my 2 orders not knowing one was shipped. I had done this through my PayPal account. The company replied and refunded my money but stated ifvthe shioment does arrive just keep it.. In the meantime I received the shipped item. Although the communication was slow, the product, flannel shirt was of impeccable great quality that I haven't seen in a long time. I contacted the company and asked to send me an invoice as I could not honestly just keep it without paying. I will be ordering again after the Holiday.
